Supplier Management collects personal information from Individual Members on a voluntary basis. Such personal information may include your email address, name, home address, telephone number, age, academic qualifications, work experience, interests and preferences.

We collect and hold your email address in order to send information and services you have specifically requested and to notify you of new developments, services, trainings, events and occasional recommendations for organizations that we feel offer services that you might find useful. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our Site. We use this data to help us improve our Site and our service offerings.

From time to time, we may conduct online surveys to help us better understand and serve your needs. These offers may ask for contact information (i.e., e-mail address), and demographic information (i.e., location, age, or income level). Your company and other personal information are stored directly in Supplier Management’s in-house database which only the authorized employees of Supplier Management can access.

In particular, we ensure that all appropriate confidentiality obligations and technical and organizational security measures are in place to prevent any unauthorised or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data and the accidental loss or destruction of or damage to such information and data. Only authorised personnel of this Site are provided access to personally identifiable information and these personnel have agreed to ensure confidentiality of this information.
